Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
ArtJel works with artists, artisans and specialist suppliers to arrange secure delivery of artworks and sculptures to customers in the UK and internationally.
Shipping Costs
Due to the wide variation in the size, weight, value and destination of our artworks, shipping charges may be calculated individually. For made-to-order, bespoke or larger pieces, the final shipping cost will be confirmed in your quotation before you place your order.
Packaging
Artworks and sculptures are carefully packed for transportation. Larger, fragile or high-value pieces may require specialist packing, wooden crates or other protective packaging.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the artwork, production time and destination. Made-to-order pieces may require additional time for production before dispatch. An estimated production and delivery timeframe will be provided before your order is confirmed.
International Delivery
We can arrange delivery to many international destinations. Customs procedures and delivery requirements vary by country.
Import Duties & Taxes
Unless specifically stated otherwise in your quotation or order confirmation, any import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other destination charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery of Large or Valuable Pieces
Some sculptures and larger artworks may require specialist freight or delivery arrangements. We will discuss these requirements with you before the order is confirmed. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery does not include installation, lifting or positioning. Please tell us beforehand about stairs, restricted access or other relevant site conditions.
